Life
Well, I am currently a Driver/Engineer/Paramedic for Lakeland Fire Department, and have been there 12 years. I also am still a member and now Deputy Fire Chief at Davenport Fire Department, where I have been for over 20 years. Yes, 20 years, I started while I was still in high school. I found out years back that I am a 4th generation firefighter in my family, so it goes back to 1910. I had a house built in Davenport in 2001, and currently live in the great megatropolis of Davenport. o on Lakeland FD's Technical Rescue Team, and have taken classes all over the nation on Building Collape, Trench Rescue, High Angle, Confined Spaced Rescue. I also graduated from RN school in Tampa in December 2004. So with 56 hours a week at the FD, and 24 hours a week in school, I have been away from my house for at least 80 hours a week for over a year and a half. I work part time teaching at Ridge Vo-Tech, and work part time at Lakeland Police Department. I would love to hear from my fellow classmates from within the years I attended school, and see how they are doing. I sometimes see old classmates around town, and enjoy catching up on old times.
